Reviews weren't lying. the instructions are packed with the cushion and they give extra nails. had a little bit of a hard time with the nails connecting to the cushion but was able to get it in there. it's comfy and exactly as advertised. they provide the tool to get the nails in. very simple and the cushion is comfy.
